Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was not quite as expected, with a small size and an overwhelming orange color scheme, along with issues like a broken heater and cracked walls. However, the service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helping us find specialty shops. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro, although the dining experience was not exactly my style.
My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel had some positives like a friendly and helpful service but also some negatives such as dirty rooms with spider webs. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport and nice restaurants, yet the dining experience left something to be desired.
The hotel has a great location near the Marais district and Republique square, with loads of restaurants and bars around. The rooms were noisy and had a strong tobacco smell, not matching the online photos. The service was a mix of attentive and rude moments. The dining was acceptable for a few days, offering a French-style breakfast. The facilities were not exceptional.
